in research and consulting. Over the past three years
Rekha has driven TandemSolutions to grow in its research/planning
and consulting activities. Acting as the “Think
Tank” for the company Rekha has provided successful
solutions to small and mid sized businesses based
in the US, UK, SE Asia and India.

V J Rama Rao
RR has more than 40 years of experience in number
crunching and can solve complex business problems.
Known as the “Numbers Expert” he deals
with complex statistical problems and has presented
research thesis for a number of publications. Analysis
of demographic profiles, market and industry analysis
are a part of his job at TandemSolutions.
Jayshree Mallick
Jayshree offers data analysis and support to our company.
She has provided insight into many reports and plans
offering a fresh outlook to the business. She is another
Management Graduate, who offers business and marketing
plans all the freshness and “off the box”
thinking it requires.
Durga P. Acharya
Offers creative support to the business. Binding the
team together, he offers the business support in advertising
and media development activities.
